AgentObjects_TLBはどこにありますか？？

おはようございます。

久しぶりの質問ですが、よろしくお願いします。

PCに喋らせようとここを調べたら、「エージェントについて」という質問を見つけました。
そこをマネして作ろうとしましたが、AgentObjects_TLBというのに赤の下線が付きます。
ツールパレットを(2回)見ても見つかりません。

どこにあるのですか？？
よろしくお願いします。

igyさん、ありがとうございました。

そこで、下の文を見つけたので、実行しましたが・・
1）「コンポーネント」は見つかりました。
2）Import ActiveX Contorolは無く、「コンポーネントのインストール」の中に
「ActiveXコントロールの取り込み」がありました。
3）「ActiveXコントロールの取り込み」の中に「 "Microsoft Agent Control 2.0"」は
見つかりませんでした。

hello jpedwards, You will need to Import and Active X Control. . .
On Your Delphi Main Menu, go to the "Component" menu item and
on that Sub menu click the "Import ActiveX Control" menu item. .
You will get the Import Avtive X Dialog. . .
scrolll down untill you get to "Microsoft Agent Control 2.0" and highlight that. . .
then click the Install button. . . .

oh yea, and then after you install the Microsoft Agent Control,
you look on the ActiveX tab of your component library,
you will have a "Agent" control, click the Agent contol
and then click your form, you now have the Agent Control on your form,
and the AgentObjects_TLB wil automatically be added to your uses clause

次に次の文に従って
4）下のHPに行きましたが、よく分からずに撤退しました。
5）windowsの中のMSAGENTを探しましたが、見つかりません。

C:\{WINDOWS}\MSAGENT\AGENTCTL.DLL

なんとなく、MSAGENTは無きなってるんではと思いました。
また、機会があれば紹介してくださいませ。
