セットアップパッケージの作成方法

いつもお世話になります。
セットアップウィザードからセットアップ用に
setup.msiを作成したのですが実行時にエラーが起きます。

Spreadが悪いのか分かりませんが
Spreadを使ってないアプリケーションは作動します。
エラーになるアプリケーションは、
１つは検索時に
「エラー番号91 AP名でエラーが発生しました
Object reference not set an instance of an object」
というエラーが出ます。
もう１つは起動時に
「An unhandled exception has occurred in your application」
そこでDetailsというボタンがあって押下時に
「See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

一体何が原因なのでしょうか？
